How long does delivery take?

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, which should be delivered the next business day, including Saturdays, but can take up to 3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your items have been despatched you will receive email notification of this, which will include a Royal Mail tracking number.  The status of the delivery can then be checked at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

How do I return an order?

Return requests can be made up to 30 days from receiving your order.  This can be done using self-serve returns from your customer login or by contacting us at websales@fitstuff.co.uk.  If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  We do not cover the cost of returning items.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the new item and return the original item to us for a refund.  If you would like to make an exchange without purchasing the new item separately then please contact us about this at websales@fitstuff.co.uk.

Are shoe sizes UK sizes?

All shoe sizes shown on the website are the UK sizes as provided by the Brands.
